SPECIAL NOTES ON UNIFORMS REQUIREMENTS FOR PACK 250:

#1 Tiger Cubs: Tiger cubs are ONLY required to purchase a Pack 250 T-SHIRT and TIGER CUB HANDBOOK. ALL other Tiger Cub uniform items are at the option of the parent.
#2 BELTS: Scouts MUST have a BSA belt and belt buckle in order to receive BELT LOOPS. No belt, no belt loops. The scout will STILL be recognized at the meetings for his accomplishments but no belt loop will be presented.
#3 ALL WOLF and BEAR scouts are required to have the BLUE cub scout uniform, neckerchief and slide. A BELT is required if your scout wants to earn belt loops.
#4 WEBELOS are required to purchase the TAN Boy Scout uniform, neckerchief, slide and Webelos arm tri-color ribon pin.
FAQ’s
#1 I found a blue cub scout uniform at a garage sale and at thrift store, can my scout wear them?
ANSWER: Yes, he can.. The rule is ONCE a uniform, always a uniform. Obtain the CORRECT patches at the scout shop, sew them on, and your good to go!
#2 Why do some scouts wear the BLUE uniform and some wear the TAN uniforms? Which one do I get?
ANSWER: For our pack, TIGERS, WOLVES and BEARS wear the BLUE uniform for cub scouts. WEBELOS, in prepartion for entering BOY SCOUTS upgrade their uniform to the BSA TAN uniform.
#3 Can I sell my scout’s BLUE scout uniform?
Yes, if your scout has recently moved into WEBELOS and now wears the TAN uniform, you may offer the BLUE shirt for sale if you so choose or the pack will purchase them at a fair price ( condition of the uniform pending ) to be given to new scouts.
#4 When does my son WEAR his uniform?
Your scout can wear his uniform to school, Church and any scout related activity.
For our DEN MEETINGS a CLASS-B scout t-shirt is all that is required. For a PACK meeting the CLASS A ( BLUE or TAN ) uniform is required. For special PACK events: Blue and Gold dinner, Pinewood Derby and as required by den leader or Cub Master.
